I founded the MAESTRO studio was founded out of a deep necessity to preserve ancestral knowledge while reimagining craft traditions. As my practice expanded into fine art, I felt a responsibility to ensure the continuity of utilitarian making and to support my community in Oaxaca. Working collectively, producing utilitarian objects that redefine luxury through intention, care and restraint. Grounded in cultural continuity, it draws on ancestral philosophies guided by natural cycles and material availability.
