Rebecca Haas Jewelry is designed and meticulously handcrafted with a focus on clean lines, balance, and wearability. Minimalist in sensibility, her pieces feature fluid movement, flattering feminine lines, and gentle asymmetry. It draws its strength and definition from its elegant proportions, delicacy, and a playful investigation into positive and negative space. Rebecca works in precious and semi-precious metals, and combines these elements with segments of delicate chain. The work begins almost exclusively with wire which is then soldered into links of myriad shapes along with chain elements. The links are then hammered to create texture and strength to the delicate forms.
