About Erica Rosenfeld
Embracing the cultural histories of glassmaking, crafting, and cooking, my artwork celebrates community-centric, obsessive, labor-intensive ritual. I use glass as my primary material and combine it with light, paint, beads, found objects, food, and other mixed media to create jewelry, sculpture and installations. My hybrid artistic practice has centered on sculptural and social aspects of glass, food-making, and performance.
